Fernando Regidor

Head of LATAM Sales

Fernando began his career in Mexico City on Merrill Lynch’s Equity Trading desk, later joining Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking group. In 2010, he moved to New York City, working first on Deutsche Bank’s Integrated Credit Trading desk, then in Morgan Stanley’s Fixed Income division. At Morgan Stanley, he led Structured Sales for Latin America, delivering solutions to major corporates and banks across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Chile, and other markets.

In 2021, Fernando joined Macquarie as Head of Latin America Sales and Structuring, where he developed investment and derivative products for family offices, corporates, and financial institutions. He joined Frontera Capital in 2024 to lead global sales, with a focus on Latin America.

Fernando holds an undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and a Master’s in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from Columbia University in New York.
