Warren Luyt
Warren Luyt is a seasoned legal and fiduciary services executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate law, international structuring, and governance. He holds several non-executive board roles, including at Frontera Capital Group, and has previously served on over 90 boards across sectors such as finance, banking, insurance, and consumer goods.
He spent 16 years at Trident Trust Group, where he led expansion across MENA and the Indian Ocean, managing multi-jurisdictional operations and advising on private equity, fund administration, and succession planning. Earlier in his career, Warren was Managing Director and Board Member at Federal International in Mauritius, and previously co-founded a successful law firm in South Africa specializing in litigation and commercial law.
Warren holds BA and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law, and certifications in trust and estate planning. He is a former Chairman of STEP Arabia and contributed to launching the DIFC Wills & Probate Registry.
An accomplished endurance athlete, Warren has completed multiple Ironman races and global adventure challenges.
